Grocery stores with less than a 15 minute drive: Safeway, Grocery Outlet, and Trader Joes
Distance from Stanford University campus: 10 to 12 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike
Parking: You would need to purchase the Menlo Park Annual Parking Permit for street parking (~$70). My current roommate has the larger room with two closets, so to make things fair I park my car in the one parking spot provided by the landlord. Our apartment has other free parking spots; however, those are on first come first serve basis.
I'm looking for a female roommate who can help keep the shared spaces clean and organized, along with respecting quiet hours after 10:00 PM on week nights.
The living room and dining area are currently unfurnished.
