- Fully furnished; an additional $200 furniture fee applies

- Within walking distance of Stanford Shopping Center, Stanford School of Medicine, and Stanford Hospital
- Residents must be affiliated with Stanford
Lease details:
- Preferred move-in date: September 1, 2026
- A year-long lease is preferred, but shorter-term or month-to-month arrangements may also be considered
- The rate for a year-long lease would be lower than the listed monthly price
You would share the apartment with a Stanford postdoc. She is very friendly and has a lovely cat.
