Beautiful, sunny unfurnished master bedroom (1 of a 2 bedroom shared) apartment in the beautiful, quiet Linfield Oaks neighborhood in Menlo Park.
Room is available for 1-year lease from September 15 onwards. The apartment will be available for viewing from Sept 11.
Single occupancy (as requested by landlord)
No pets / no smoking
The smaller bedroom is occupied by a quiet and clean Stanford couple
Common area to be shared equally by occupants.
Cleaning responsibilities of living room, kitchen and bathroom spaces are shared by occupants

• 1 unfurnished master bedroom
• 1/2 of shared living space storage
• Free parking for 1 car
• Free on-site laundry / dryer

Besides the rent, other charges that may be applicable
•Utilities (will be approximately $75/ month for wifi, gas and electric)

Terms
• $1225 / month rent for master bedroom. Couple travels out-of-the-country for months and as such the occupant of the master bedroom can have the apartment to oneself.
• $ 1225/ security deposit.
• Occupant will be responsible for any damage to furnishings or apartment that they incur
• Occupant will be respectful of other tenants and neighbors, and keep landlords quiet hours between 9PM - 9AM
• Occupant will sign a lease contract with landlord of apartment and be subject to credit check and reference request
