One bedroom will be available from 1/13/2020. The room is fully furnished in a beautiful new house, located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood in Palo Alto mid-town. Monthly rent is $1550, with utility and Internet included. You will have a shared big bathroom with a young male Stanford PhD student. Plenty of off-street parking. The most fitted tenant would be a person who is quiet, clean, considerate and does no cooking or very little light cooking, though you have full access to the kitchen.

The house is located in a very safe and most desirable neighborhood in Palo Alto mid-town, and is 3 miles from Stanford University campus, and 2 miles from Google HQ campus.
