We are a group of Stanford affiliates/alumni working in tech industry. We're looking to share our house close to campus as our roommate is moving out soon.

Location: close to West MP downtown area, Starbucks, and Dutch Goose, 10min biking to campus
Rent: $1200 /month + utilities. Additionally, one month's rent as deposit required
Start date: September 9th
Lease term: 2+ months.
Furniture: House is fully furnished, for your room mattress and linens available for sale from current roommate, or you can bring your own bed.
Room size: ~100ft^2
Who you are: Clean and neat are most important! Other than that, we are looking for a roommate who is easy-going and friendly, preferably studying at Stanford or working in tech industry.
Misc: Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom, high speed internet, washing machine, dryer, ...
