We have 1 room available upstairs -

$1,400. Includes a walk-in closet and is attached to the bathroom. $1,540 if shared. Bathroom is shared with another room on the floor.

It’s 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom two-story house. Utilities vary but around $50/person + $15-20 for WiFi. Comes furnished with sofa and dining table. Includes washer and dryer. Plenty of street parking nearby. There's a backyard patio, but it's through someone's room.

Located walking distance (~10 mins) to a BART stop and about a mile from tech shuttle stops (by Stonestown).

We both work in tech and are are pretty outgoing. We would love someone who would hangout with us, and join us for wine and cheese nights, Netflix nights and occasional bar hopping. Open to both guys and girls! Email with some fun facts about yourself if interested :D
