One of the rooms in our apartment in Menlo Park just opened up, and will now be available for move-in starting May 1, 2015, at the rate of 1317/mo. It's a very spacious bedroom with a large, private bathroom in a lovely 3br/3ba apartment. The apartment complex houses many graduate students and young professionals, as well as a handful of young families. It is about 8 min biking distance to Stanford, within walking distance to downtown Menlo Park, Trader Joe's and Safeway, and 15 min biking distance to downtown Palo Alto. There is a coin washer and dryer on-site, and a community garden and BBQ pit in the back. Water, recycling, and garbage are included.

The other two tenants are both female Stanford graduate students (including myself), preferably looking for a female graduate student or professional.
