The apartment is on the third floor and is newly renovated with hardwood floors and carpet (will be furnished in a few days when my movers arrive). The space has central heating and air conditioning, a covered balcony, large closet space, and is conveniently located across from a great plaza (Trader Joes, Rite Aide, coffeeshops, and more). There is a community laundry room and elevator in the building and a pool/jacuzzi in the complex (currently under renovation).
