I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom house for $1360 + utilities. My room is available starting February 1, with flexibility for early move-in. You'd be subletting from me from until July 31, then have the option to re-sign a one-year lease on August 1.

You'd be sharing the house with 5 lovely roommates ages 25-28, both men and women. Everyone has been living in the house for 1-3 years and gets along really well. We all have our own lives but also like to hang out together and invite each other out. I would say everyone is easygoing, hardworking, friendly, and fun. This is a great home for someone who enjoys co-living but also wants to have their own space.

Hoping to find a mid/late 20s young professional or graduate student to make a great addition to the house. Preferably a female to keep the gender ratios split. Looking for someone easy going, clean, and friendly! Sorry, no pets or couples.

The House:
-Located in Palo Alto on a quiet, safe, tree-lined cul-de-sac
-4 miles (15 minute drive/25 minute bike) to both downtown Palo Alto and downtown Mountain View
-Walking distance to a small grocery store, coffee shop, library, and multiple parks
-Eichler-style home with lots of natural light, large living room, and open kitchen/dining room
-Multiple patios with a hammock, a grill, and a beer fridge, if you’re into that sort of thing
-In-unit W/D, central heat, dishwasher, driveway and street parking, bike shed

The Room:
-large bedroom & closet -- 11.5 x 13 ft (room) and 5 x 6 ft (closet)
-unfurnished
-personal patio off of your room
-double vanity bathroom (shared with one male & one female)
