We are two working professionals (male) in our twenties, looking for a roommate (preferably male) to take the spot of a roommate who is moving out. The room is currently available. We are looking for a clean, quiet, friendly person who wouldn’t mind hanging out with the boys.

• 1 year lease preferred.
• Next to the kitchen :)
• Utilities+Internet will be split amongst roommates. ~50 / month.
