Looking for a professional, female roommate to rent the room in our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Rose Garden, San Jose.

The home is fully furnished with all new appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven).

It is located very close to everything; Starbucks down the street, several grocery stores, CalTrain, airport, highways-yet still in a very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Currently, myself and another professor are living there. We are both very laid-back and friendly, super clean and respectful of one another. We are looking for someone like-minded to share the space with!

Rent is $1,500 + utilities. Lease can be 6-12 months.
