We are looking for a roommate to fill a large room available in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in Potrero Hill!

The apartment is a large 3rd floor flat at the top of Potrero Hill. Easy access to 22nd Street Caltrain and the Mission. The flat has partial views of downtown and the bay, and has a large kitchen with new appliances (dishwasher too!), pretty big dining room/living room area, and a laundry room. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person).

The available room is unfurnished (unlike the pictures), large, and has lots of morning light.

We are three late-twenties professionals - 2 guys and 1 girl (one couple) - working in clean energy/tech. We take it pretty easy during the week, and are often found traveling, camping, or skiing on the weekends. We are looking for a 4th roommate who is clean, respectful, and easy-going.

The rent is month-to-month, $1500, plus utilities. The room is available now, and we are hoping to have someone move in by February 1.
