Hey! We are looking for a subletter in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in the Menlo Park. The room is available for rent starting August 1st. This 1,970 sq ft home has a spacious backyard with a grill and a redwood tree in the corner! We have 2-car garage and ample driveway parking for up to 8 vehicles. Utilities can vary but expect to pay anywhere from $100-200 depending on the month. The house is equipped with AC and heating and hardwood floors throughout the shared spaces.

The Room: 1 Bedroom with shared bath (9x11.5) - $1,500/month, includes a walk in closet, hardwood floors, and a corner view of the backyard. The room will come unfurnished.

About Your Roommates:
H - I’m a 24-year-old female engineer at SLAC. I enjoy rock climbing, working out, watching movies, playing lacrosse, skiing, and reading. I’m a quiet roommate but also friendly and open to forming friendships with my housemates.

K - I’m a 27-year-old female engineer at SLAC. I love the outdoors (hiking, rock climbing, etc.) but also appreciate my time indoors. I’m a quiet roommate who values a sense of community in a shared living space. I strive to be eco-friendly by hang-drying my laundry and reusing plastic bags.

Q – 27(M) Mechanical Engineer at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory. Bay area native. Outgoing and always willing to lend a hand. Spends free time working on engineering projects and fixing things, cooking, working out, and going out with friends. Plays guitar and skis, formerly played tennis and lacrosse.

Furry Friend: Mona is an 8-year-old mutt, about 40 lbs, short and stocky. She’s very friendly, and everyone loves her; even those who say they aren’t dog people change their minds after spending time with her. She sleeps most of the day.

We cant accept any pets (only one dog allowed). Again keep in mind we’re looking for someone to move in Aug 1st and we’re looking for a year long lease but open to shorter. We’re asking for last months rent and security deposit upon move in which will just be the price of rent.
