We have a private, single room opening up in our 3 bed/ 2 bath house in Menlo Park for $1325/ month, which includes all utilities except for internet. Earliest move-in date is March 1, but quite flexible if later works better. The room features plenty of space for a large bed and extra furniture, and shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with the other single bedroom. The room itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished. We are in the Willows neighborhood which is easily walk-able to food, coffee, a grocery store, downtown Palo Alto, and also a short distance to Facebook, Google, and Stanford. Bonus features include a very friendly corgi. (FYI in case you have allergies, there's also a cat, but he's relegated to the master bedroom).

About us: We are all in our mid-late 20's and work at either Stanford or Facebook. We're tidy, responsible, and social but not partiers by any means.
