We are looking for a new roommate in a 5-bed, 3-bath Palo Alto home. Our lease renews on June 1st but I'm leaving a few weeks early, so looking for someone to take my place in mid-May and into the new lease. You would be sharing a house with 4 AWESOME people (2 guys, 2 gals), and 1 adorable dog! The human roomies are all in our late 20s - early 30s. We all tend to have our own thing going during the day, but we also enjoy relaxing and hanging out when there's a few of us home in the evening. The dog is really sweet - fully trained, only barks at strangers, etc.

IMPORTANT STUFF
*Rent: $1400/month
*Deposit: $1400/month
*Move-in date: mid-May (this can be flexible if needed)
*Lease: 12 months, June 2017 - May 2018. There's no fee if you choose to leave before the end of the lease, you just have to find another tenant that everyone's happy with :)

*Will be unfurnished
*Currently fits queen bed, large dresser, bookshelf, two nightstands, lamp, chair, mirror
*Shared bathroom with one other roommate
*Deep closet with door
*Two windows / awesome natural lighting (room also has overhead lighting)
*Blackout curtains (rolled up in photos)

HOUSE:
*Wireless internet
*Washer/dryer in house
*5 rooms, 3 bathrooms total
*TWO full-sized refrigerators
*Backyard with grill
*Street parking (plenty!)
*Detached/standalone house so no noise from the neighbors
*Kitchen and common areas very spacious, plenty of storage space (it's almost excessive)

LOCATION:
*7 minutes from downtown Palo Alto
*5 minutes from midtown
*40 minutes from San Francisco
*Quiet, safe neighborhood

(Three of the roomies work at Stanford, and I know two of them regularly bike to work, so that could give you an indication of the commute to campus if you work there as well.)

*No smoking
*12-month lease starting June
