We have a roommate who is moving out of our fun, friendly, and spacious home. As such, we are looking for a new roommate with a laid-back, clean, respectful, and friendly demeanor to continue to enhance our house dynamic! About the room and house(available ASAP, so generally flexible on the move-in date):
• Spacious 5bdr/3ba home with huge common areas
• Large kitchen with counters and cabinets on all 4 sides of the room
• Huge windows lining all 3 sides of the living and dining rooms - great natural light and fresh air
• Living room furnished with sectional couch, TV, and coffee table
• 2-car garage with plenty of storage
• New washer/dryer, in the house
• 2 new refrigerators
• Backyard lawn and patio next to gas BBQ
• Available room is in the corner of the house, with windows on both sides of the room for great cross-breeze

About the roommates:
• We are all young adult (20s-30s), working professionals
• 3 of us work at Stanford
• 1 works at a startup in Palo Alto
• 1 chills at home and happily wags her tail when you arrive at the end of the day (Terrier-Beagle Mix)
• We enjoy spending time together from time-time, including sharing movie nights, jokes/laughs, beers/wine, and games

Our departing roommate is hoping for someone to take over the remainder of her lease until May 31, at which time there would be the option of renewing a year-long lease with the landlord.
