We have two rooms available in our conveniently located, well-maintained, and spacious home. As such, we are looking for new roommates with friendly, respectful, clean, fun, and laid-back personalities. About the room and house (available ASAP, so we are flexible on the move-in date):
• Spacious 5bdr/3ba home with comfortably sized common areas
• Large kitchen with counters and cabinets on all 4 sides of the room
• Great natural lighting and fresh air in the living and dining rooms, courtesy of big east+south facing windows.
• Living room with fireplace furnished with sectional couch, TV, and coffee table
• Garage with plenty of space for storage/larger items
• New washer/dryer, in the house
• 2 new refrigerators
• Dishwasher
• Backyard lawn and patio with a gas BBQ
• Available rooms are in the NE and NW corners of the house, with windows on both sides of the room for great cross-breeze
• Located near Hwy 101, and the Bayshore Trail (Great for biking/running)
• Centrally located around 3 grocery stores of varying price/quality/convenience

About the roommates:
• We are all young adult (20s-30s), working professionals
• 2 of us work at Stanford
• 1 works at a startup in Palo Alto
• Our four-legged roommate is a 3 yr old beagle-terrier mix (< 20 lbs), loves the park, and will do anything for food.
• We enjoy spending time together, including sharing movie nights, jokes/laughs, drinks, and games
