Our house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with a great, convenient location (Greer Road, Palo Alto). The bedrooms are cozy and fairly similar in size with a large master. We have a massive garden area equipped with outdoor furniture, a fire pit, a grill, lawn games and fruit trees! There is ample parking both in front of the house and on the street. It is a consistent 12 minute drive to campus if there's traffic; as quick as 6 without traffic. Nearby you can find Philz, Starbucks, Safeway, CVS and other stores, not to mention several other passdown houses.
