Hello! I'm looking for someone to fill a room in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment at the top of Connecticut street in Potrero Hill. Move-in is February 1st or earlier if needed.

• Back patio shared with our upstairs neighbors
• Laundromat less than a block away
• Utilities are around $40 a month

Location:

• Great view of the city
• 2 blocks away from lots of restaurants on 18th street
• 10 min walk from the 22nd street Caltrain station
• Easy access to the 22 and 55 bus lines
• Tennis courts and park one block away
• Plenty of street parking

More about me:
I'm 27f and work in a psychiatry lab at Stanford. I commute down to campus a few days a week and work from home when I can. I'm pretty easy going and respectful of shared spaces. Some of my hobbies include playing tennis, hiking, and staying home for movie nights. I'm hoping to find someone who would like to stay more long-term if it's the right fit. Cats are welcome, but sadly no dogs.
