The house has 1 bathroom(separate rooms for shower and toilet),a backyard, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary supplies. The room is furnished and is available from mid-December or January through July 2025. You’d be living with two friendly housemates in their 20s, affiliated with Stanford and USC.
The house is pet-free, unfortunately.
