We (1/m, 1/f) live in a very nice Santa Clara 4 bedroom townhome. We're renting our third room out because our other roommate is leaving. We're young professionals (a teacher and a store manager) who work longer hours but try to hang out when we can.

It's a freshly remodeled two story with wood floors in the common spaces, 2.5 baths, brand new utilities, covered parking, backyard and front patio areas, public parks 2 blocks away, and close access to 280, 101 and 237. It's a little over a 15 minute commute to Stanford. The room is good sized, well lit, with a large closet. We have two well-behaved 7 month old puppies that live here also (small Schnauzer mix and a Boxer) so dog allergies are a no. They are super friendly and don't bark often at all unless you ask them to while playing. Utilities split is around $35 a month. The room is available asap!
