Lesbian couple is looking to sublet extra room in condo! The room comes furnished, bathroom is shared but split, laundry in unit, dogs/cats ok, beautiful modern kitchen, large common areas, access to yard, extra storage downstairs. $2000 for room including utilities and wifi, terms of sublet negotiable.

We are in mid-20s, laid back, both work full time, have a 2 year old shepherd mix that gets along with other animals, enjoy wine and trashy tv but also like going out on weekends, are active and like to exercise.

We would like a roommate that is easy going, fun, no drama!, likes dogs, steady job, and pays bills on time. Most importantly, we want to get along with our roommate and be friends with them!
