A bit about me: I (23M) work as a social science research professional at Stanford. I'm pretty easygoing and outgoing, and I like to hike/backpack, run, and I’m trying to get into ceramics.
The space: It's a 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in Bernal Heights, San Francisco, with a bedroom sized 9' x 11.5'. There's shared laundry in the building complex, only street parking.
The location: You're right next to Holly Park and Cortland Ave, with a 10 minute walk into the Mission and about 20 minute walk to BART.
The Rent/Utilities:
Rent: $1,575/month
Utilities (electric, gas, wifi): ~$80/month
Security deposit: $1,575, refunded at end of lease
