We have a room (~150 sq ft) available in our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. It is a great location for Stanford students wanting to live in SF.

We're located at the border between Potrero Hill and the Mission on a quiet side street close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. It's a 20 minute walk or under 10 minute bus ride to 24th street BART and 22nd street Caltrain. We're two blocks from the Cesar Chavez highway 101 on-ramp so commuting to campus is easy. There is a city park (Potrero del Sol) around the corner.

The House: Our unit occupies the top two floors in a well-maintained Victorian house. Free laundry, diswasher, large gas stove, and all basic appliances. There is a living room with a dining table, big flat screen TV, and sectional couch. We have a deck out back with a table and a couple of seats and there's a small shared backyard downstairs.

Our apartment comes with the use of a one car garage, which offers storage space, parking for one standard size car, and an outlet for 110V electric vehicle charging. There is also plentiful street parking on our street.
