Subject: Room available in shared Menlo Park condo (2Bed/2Bath Condo) - $2000.

Available starting Aug 15. Ideally someone interested in at least a 6 month minimum duration.

I am looking for a tidy male roommate to take the other room in a 1150 sqft 2 bed/2 bath condo. Asking rent is $2000, including utilities and internet. The second bedroom is furnished. There is in-unit laundry, and designated parking.

About me: I (25m) am tidy, quiet, direct, and friendly. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker.

The Location: The unit is a half mile from the Menlo Park Caltrain Station and a half mile from the Palo Alto Caltrain Station. The walk to the Stanford Shopping Center is about a quarter mile. The bike ride to Tresidder would be 10-15 minutes.
