Room available in the SF Mission District in October

Hi all! We have a room available some time in October (with the exact start date flexible.) It's in a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment, with an extremely centralized location: about a 10-15 minute bike ride to/from 22nd Street Caltrain, 1 block from Valencia Street, and 3 blocks from Mission Dolores Park. We are hoping to find someone who is:

• Looking to move in some time in October
• Is tidy, clean, and okay with a social atmosphere with myself (25/M, PhD student at Stanford) and my roommate (27/M, Engineer in San Jose)
• Okay with a shared bathroom (with only one other person)
• Okay with my cat being in the apartment
• Okay with guests occasionally visiting

The rent is $1650/mo since that room is a bit smaller (vs. $1750 for the other two rooms). The rent includes:

• In-unit washer & dryer
• Dishwasher
• Water & garbage collection cost
• Brand new gas stove
• Two balconies with amazing views overlooking the city (pictured)
• A safe bike storage area
