House: House is fully furnished, 4bed/2bath, peacefull neighbourhood, no smoking
Room size: ~150ft^2 + own bathroom
Rent: $1450 per month + utilities. Additionally, one month's rent as deposit required
Who you are: Clean and neat are most important! Other than that, we are looking for a roommate who is easy-going and friendly, preferably studying at Stanford or working in tech industry.
