We’re looking for a polite, social, and relatively tidy young professional or graduate student to move into one of our bedrooms in our sunny San Jose home.

Our beautiful brick home is located right in the heart of San Jose, perfect for those who desire to be in close proximity to Cupertino or centrally within San Jose. We’re just a 10-minute drive to Apple, 8-minutes to Google, and more. If you're looking to step out and enjoy San Jose, you’ll be just minutes away from Santana Row. Some quick, within 5-minute spots, are CVS, Safeway, Starbucks, Strawberry Park Shopping Center, Saratoga Square, Saratoga Creek Park, and more!

The house itself offers has lots of beautiful qualities as well! There are stunning hardwood floors throughout the home, huge picture windows, crown molding, and stylish recess lighting. The fully furnished common areas/living spaces are quite expansive, ideal to sprawl out in.

The eat-in kitchen is pretty vast with lots of wooden cabinetry, modern fixtures, and stainless steel appliances; highlighting the beautiful sliding glass doors leading into the gorgeous courtyard outback. The courtyard holds a large patio space, perfect for entertaining or just relaxing!
