the room can be rented by a single person for $1350
or by a couple for $2000
The house monthly rent is $4000
so if there's a couple you would be splitting the rent basically with my sister and her boyfriend but utilities would be included

so cost of rent includes: utilities, gas and electricity, wifi, etc.
and of course a fully furnished home with appliances

you can view the house asap and the room will be available after December 16
longer stays are preffered.
