1 Smaller Private Room - $1650
The room is very cosy with a large bookshelf, an extra large desk, a twin bed, and large closet.

No private bathroom, you will share with 2 others. But the house and tenants are very clean. We expect you to be as well or we will call the sheriff ;)

Incredible location next to Rinconada Park. 15-min walk to downtown (university avenue). 15-min bike to Stanford

Included amenities: (rent is all inclusive - utilities, internet, twice a week common area cleaning lady)

Current residents include startup founders, google guy, Stanford Phd students, and UX designer/musician. Currently, 5 guys and one girl (French and American) which is why we want another girl to balance out the gender in the house!

Plenty of free street parking in front of the house.
