I'm a recent Stanford alum. We’re renting 2 rooms (1.5 shared baths) in a newly renovated 3BR house -- 1 block from University Ave, Palo Alto.
Lease length: 3 months - 9 months
Room 1 (with balcony): $2400/month available starting October 1
Room 2: $2100/month starting November 1
House description: Large 2 story, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath house with two parkings. Recently renovated outdoor patio area with a nice deck, gazebo, golf practice net, and a yard (with orange trees). Rooms are on the 2nd floor and the ground floor has a modern and spacious living room and kitchen. Each room is equipped with a large TV. In-house laundry and central air conditioning system. One room is owner-occupied part-time. The owner is in India for 6 months of the year.
