I am looking for someone to take over my room in a house shared with three other guys. The room will be available starting July 1st. The house is located right on University Ave next to downtown Palo Alto—a great location for those of you working at Stanford or the surrounding area. We're a 5 minute walk from downtown Palo Alto, a 10 minute bike ride to Stanford campus/Caltrain, and a 10-15 minute ride from Facebook and Google (depending on traffic).

We're all in our mid to late 20s and work professionally in tech or at Stanford. Our jobs keep us busy, but we make it a point to hang out from time to time by doing things like watching GoT, playing board games, or grabbing a drink/dinner. Feel free to reach out if you have any specific questions; however, we'd love to meet you in person.

As mentioned above, the rent is $1300/month and there is a $500 deposit. All utilities are included. There is access to a coin-operated washing machine on the lot. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
