We are two Stanford grad students looking for a 3rd roommate. The townhouse is in a new waterfront complex in RC called One Marina. You are welcome to move in whenever you'd like; rent is covered for the month of September, but the room is currently vacant. The rental period begins on October 1st.

The townhouse is 3 stories; bottom floor is a 2 car garage. The available room is on the second floor, just off the main living/dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious, with a large granite island and stainless steel appliances. As mentioned, the property was built very recently; it has hardwood floors and is in great shape.

We both have cars, but there is a parking lot less than a quarter mile away that rents spaces. We're willing to split the cost of renting a parking space and rotate between parking in the garage and the lot. Additional amenities include an outdoor patio and washer&dryer. Common spaces are fully furnished, although the room is not.

The property is just off the 101 and a 5 minute drive from downtown Redwood City and the Caltrain station.

Rent:
$1200 a month + $15 (cable, internet) + $30-40 (Utilities, evenly split)
Fully refundable deposit of $1700.

The lease runs until 8/31/15.

We are two Stanford students (both guys) who are beginning graduate programs. We are open to a roommate of either gender and would love someone who is social and open to hanging out. We love to cook, have plenty of friends in the area, and will probably hold small gatherings/dinner parties on weekends.
