I am a professional female (Stanford staffer) looking for a roommate. Single family home in a nice, quiet cul-de-sac located in East Palo Alto. Bedroom has a twin bed. You will have your own bathroom. House is near Highway 101 with easy access to Stanford University, Ikea, and East Palo Alto Shopping Center. There is a free shuttle to and from Palo Alto Caltrain station near Stanford Shopping Center. Included in the rent: Heat, washer/dryer, security system, wifi, cable in common areas. You will have full access to the kitchen but prefer you use your own kitchenware (pots, utensils, glasses). I have a small dog so you must like pets. Rent is $975(includes utilities) plus $475 deposit.
