I have 1 room to rent in my home in Palo Alto, less than a minute away from University Ave (walking distance) . It’s a quiet area with plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, target, and more. Ifyou have a car, you can typically find parking right in front of the house or there will be a parking space in the driveway. If not, we have local shops nearby and public transportation as well. The room is furnished with one bed, but if you have your ownbed ! will remove the current bed before your move-in date. Utilities included except internet and cable, but there is private hookup in the room for both internet & cable. Also, there is a washer & dryer in the home if you would like 24/7 access to the washer& dryer that would be an additional $40 a month. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to sign a 12-month lease .
