Hi! My roommate is moving out this month, and looking for someone to fill the room (Dec 1st move-in at the latest). You'd be living with one person, one graduate student student, and would be sharing a bathroom also.The atmosphere is quite and we keep things fairly clean. The house is just a few blocks from Cal ave, and easy biking distance from campus. Rent is approximately $1100/month.
