Hi,

We are looking for a new housemate to move in May 1st. We are a 25 minute bike ride from Stanford, a 5 minute walk from Safeway, and a 10 minute bike ride~30 minute walk to the Redwood City caltrain station. I get a parking permit when its rainy and am happy to carpool to campus as well. You would be taking over the lease from our housemate moving out. It ends in November 2017. We also have maxed out our pet limit (2 dogs!), so sorry - no more pets allowed.

You would be living with a couple that shares the master bed and bath and another male who you would share a bathroom with. We are a fairly quiet house. We have the occasional house dinner, drink out, or watch some netflix together. Most of the time we are out or working.

Rent $ 965 + utilities through Nov 2016 ($ 980 through Nov. 2017).
