Looking for a new addition to our lovely 4 bedroom Santa Clara townhouse. We currently already have 3 roommates (one of whom is moving in October 2019). We're looking for one more roommate to rent the one bedroom downstairs (Comes with private toilet and sink. Shower/tub is on the 2nd floor and is shared).

We're located in the heart of the Silicon Valley right next to Levi Stadium and Great America. We're right next to 101, and the 237, and a 30 minute walk away from the VTA, so it's perfect for the commuter. We're also near Whole Foods, Safeway, Costco and near major corporations (Intel, Oracle). If you want to google the area, we're at Agnew and Lake Santa Clara Dr in Santa Clara.

We have a spacious furnished living room, large kitchen with a dining area, private backyard deck, and garage. There is ample residential permit street parking for those with a car. There is an in-unit washer and dryer and the house is equipped with central heating and A/C.

The monthly rent is $950 and there is a one year lease. One month deposit is also required by the landlord. Unfortunately, no smoking is allowed, and the landlord does not allow pets.

As for us, we're all in our 20's working in tech (one for an AR tech startup, another works in biotech).
