You have your own room, fully furnished, own bathroom and share a large living room, kitchen, and balcony. Utilities and internet are included in the rent.
The apartment complex has a gym, pool, and patio. It is near a Stanford Marguerite stop as well.
Looking for someone to move in immediately and length of stay is negotiable. (Month to month, or longer lease)
