We also have a few other rooms still available beside the one we’re advertising (a semi-private room w/ private entrance to the backyard) that you’re more than welcome to check out!

The other bedrooms we have available are for $1240 and $1390 -- they are regular, nice sized bedrooms with great natural lighting and good closet space.
