Hey there! My roommate and I are looking for someone to move in to an open room in our apartment starting May 1st! We're both very social and laid back and are open to living with guys and girls. The room is available from May 1 to July 1 with the option to extend after July. Preference will be given to people who would be willing to stay longer.

A bit more about the apartment: The apartment is 3 bedroom/2 bath in Belmont that has a beautiful view of the bay from the balcony. The complex has a pool, laundry on site and a workout center. Rent is $1,225 plus a third of the utilities every month: electricity, gas, heat, water, garbage and internet. A $1,400 security deposit will need to be paid in order to secure the room.

About us: We're both fun gals in our mid-twenties who have stable jobs and have been working in the area for a while.
My roommate is the primary lease holder and has been living in this apartment for 3 years and is looking to rent a room out to someone who is easy going, respectful and social. I've been living in the space for almost a year now, but will be moving out soon to go to grad school. We have an amazing group of friends we hang out with regularly, so hopefully, you can be an addition to the group! Every week we have friends over for Wine Wednesday. This tradition has been going on for 3 years: we cook dinner with our friends and neighbors and everyone contributes a bottle of wine and/or their favorite cheese. Wine Wednesday is super important to us, so we'd love to have someone move in who wants to partake in the festivities!
