The house is located in the quiet and green Barron Park neighborhood, a 15-minute bike ride to Stanford campus, 20-minute bike ride to Stanford Hospital, bikeable to California Avenue CalTrain station and walkable to coffee shops and restaurants on El Camino.
There is a spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, spare room in the back used as an office, and four bedrooms further away from the living spaces. The house has a front and back yard which is great for entertaining.
Your room is huge! Big enough for a bed, seating area, and desk. Utilities tend to run $50-100.
It's a 4-bed, 2.5 bath house. The three other roommates are young professionals/recent Stanford grads in the Bay Area working in climate tech, consulting, and chemical engineering. It's a co-ed house (1M, 2F roommates). The roomies have passions for climbing, travel, cooking, and community and are excited to welcome a new person to the house!
Your room would be available for move-in between September 1-15.
