-Fully furnished and decorated (bedroom comes with a queen size bed/bed frame, dresser, desk, night stand. shelving unit).
-ALL NEW (new within the last 3 years) appliances, which include a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher.
-PARKING is FREE and always accessible (we have parking in the back of our townhouse unit and street parking, no permits required).

About the roommates:
-2 women, working professionals, CLEAN, respectful, communicative. We have kept a really good atmosphere in the home, and we want to keep it that way :)
-1 dog: little 15lb rescue named Millie who is housebroken, very shy, and mostly stays with me in my room.
