Room for rent in house in Palo Alto

We are looking for one roommate to join us at our house for a 1-year lease. The open room is available for someone to join starting July 1. A little about us: we are a group of students and young professionals. There are 5 rooms at the house; one is filled by me (male, PhD student at Stanford), and your other three roommates would all be females. Since the available room shares a bathroom with two girls, we are wanting a female to join us. The house is a pretty quiet and chill place.

Some about the house:

• Roughly a 10 minute drive, or 15 minute bike ride, from Stanford campus
• In Palo Alto but close to Los Altos
• Very quiet neighborhood with lots of free parking (your parking would be on the street probably)
• A large yard area

The room:

• Rent would be about $1330 plus utilities (on average $150 a month; can get high in the winter from the heating)
• Shares a bathroom with two females
• Room would be unfurnished
