Hello,

I am looking for a new roommate, to begin April 1, as my present roommate will soon be leaving to study and work abroad.

The apartment has wood floors in the bedrooms and foyer, with laminate flooring in the eat-in kitchen and tiling in the bathroom. There is a lot of light throughout but plenty of shade provided by the landscaping. The back patio is fenced in, there is off-street parking and on-site laundry.

I have a 12lb. hypoallergenic dog -- he is almost three and is very nice

Rent is $1,000/month plus half PG&E, which usually runs between 80 and 100, during the winter, and, less in the warmer months. Internet and water are included.
