We are a co-ed group of girls and guys whose ages range from mid-20's to mid-30's looking for like-minded individuals to move into our shared 5 BD/ 3.5 BA home.

<p>Phoenix Haus&#39;s wooden floors, high ceilings, and multiple fireplaces give this home a very rustic feel. &nbsp;Only 3 miles from downtown Redwood City and 5 minutes from the 280 freeway, you can enjoy your morning coffee&nbsp;outside on the spacious deck surrounded by nature or take a walk to the community lake just minutes away. &nbsp;Great hikes are also easy to come by when the Edgewood Park &amp; Natural Preserve is basically in your backyard.</p>

The room is $1,290 per month in addition to the cost of utilities which are split among the roommates. The room is available for move in starting January 10th.
