We are a co-ed group of girls and guys whose ages range from mid-20's to mid-30's looking for like-minded individuals to move into our shared 8 BD/ 3 BA home.

This house is in a very convenient location nearby various grocery stores, Philz coffee is just around the corner, and just a quick 10 minutes drive to University Ave. The kitchen is very spacious, and the backyard is perfect for an afternoon grill. Overall the neighborhood is beautiful, and in a very quiet area of Palo Alto.

The room is $1,350 per month in addition to the cost of utilities which are split among the roommates. The room is available for move in starting February 15th.
