Hi! We are a group of graduate students and young professionals looking to sublet our 5 BR/ 3 BA home in Sharon Heights (Menlo Park) from 7/15/18-8/15/18. The house is one minute from both the 280 and Sand Hill Road, and it's fifteen minutes from Stanford’s campus. Our neighborhood is quiet, comfortable, and safe. Utilities would be included in the rent. Garage and street parking is available. A management service handles all maintenance or repairs. The room has a queen-size bed ready if you want to use it. The large window faces NNW. We are looking for someone clean and respectful who can live easily with roommates who are busy with school and work.
