After 3 years, one of our wonderful roomies is moving out to live in the city. We’re looking for another gal to take over the 4th room that will become available on 7/1.

The available room is spacious with natural light and an entrance to the backyard. Washer and dryer are in the room, so we generally reserve laundry for when you’re out of the house. Bathroom is shared with two other people. Rent is $920, security deposit is $1150. Move in date is July 1st. While lease is flexible, we prefer you stay for ~1 year (no short term accommodations).

Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of San Mateo, we’re a 5-10 minute walk from Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Fieldworks, Blue Bottle, Tin Pot, Chipotle and more. Since our Hillsdale Caltrain station is temporarily under construction, the Belmont and Hayward Park stations are a 10 minute bike ride away. Highways 92 and 101 are a <5 minute drive.

You'll be living with three working professional women (and new plant moms). From time to time, we’ll grab a drink together at Fieldworks or have a BBQ in the backyard. We like to spend some time together, but value our alone time as well. Our ideal roommate is female, clean, and enjoys occasional roommate dinners! Sadly no pets are allowed.
