I am a Stanford PhD student and am looking to sublet my room when I am away this summer. The apartment is located just a few minutes from campus center. Nice location with lots of trees and green space all around. Extended courtyard areas immediately outside with grilling equipment, volleyball courts, and laundry facilities all a minute walk away.

**IMPORTANT NOTE: This room is available to incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation. Undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University, are not eligible.

The terms of my housing contract allow me to only sublet to men.

Room:

The room is fully furnished and well-lit. The bathroom, living room and kitchen are all shared with a roommate, who is a quiet and friendly 6th year bioengineering PhD student. The kitchen is furnished with a full array of plates, cooking utensils, stove, oven, microwave, etc.

Price:

$1134/month. All utilities and fees included.

Dates:

June 15th-September 11th. It's alright if the dates you are planning on staying don't completely coincide with these.

Facilities:

Free facilities include bike parking, laundry facilities, a TV lounge, a study lounge, a computer room, a music room, a lobby with sofas

Utilities:

Rent includes all utilities: heat, electricity, water, gas, laundry, Wifi internet.

Parking:
